This project is to fully refurbish and remodelling the three bedroom semi detached house in a quite residential area in North Surbiton.
The scope of works involved the single storey ground floor rear extension to enlarge kitchen and dining area, two storey side extension to provide en-suites to upper storeys and the loft conversion with a hip to gable extension and a rear dormer extension to create a master bedroom with a full size bathroom with a separate walk-in shower.
