This 95m2 two storey building is located within a popular residential street in Putney, London. 

 

The objective of design was converting the former dental practice building into a three bedroom single dwelling house with creating a roof terrace for an urban garden.

 

Change of Use and Planning Approval was achieved on behalf of the client through exemplary use of planning policy and high standard of space designs.
