We are currently developing 90m2 'Pre-fab' garden building for a private client in Kingston. The super insulated pre-fabricated timber panels for external shells and the eco-roof will be manufactured in Latvia and a raft foundation and insulated concrete slab base will be prepared on the site by a local contractor. This pre-fab garden building will accommodate two workshops, a home office, a kitchenette, a sauna room & a garden shed area.
