Residential Extension, Isleworth

We are preparing planning applications for 5.5 metre single storey rear extension and loft conversion with rear dormer for the mid terraced house in Isleworth.

The loft conversion has been submitted for 'Lawful Development Certificate' which allows 40m3 of loft extension without a full planning permission. And the single storey rear extension will be applied for 'Prior Notification for Larger Home Extension' that allows home owners to extend their extension up to 6 metres. This development will add total 60m2 of extra space to the existing house.
