We are starting to develop an initial design idea to renovate a four bedroom detached house located within an exclusive private road in KT3. The scope of work is to making a single storey side in-fill extension to enlarge the kitchen & dining area, a conversion of garage with a roof extension to create new master bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe area and an en-suite.
