The planning permission for two storey rear extension is granted for Eardley Crescent project in Earl's Court by Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea (PP/17/01862). The scheme is to create additional bedrooms for two self contained studio flats. As the site is located within the Conservation area we carefully chose external finish materials and worked closely with the case officer to deliver the scheme successfully
