The planning permission for a renovation of three bedroom semi-detached house in Surbiton has been granted by Kingston council. The proposal is to make a single storey side return extension to create an utility corridor, a cloakroom with a dog shower & a larger open plan kitchen / dinning area. Also a loft conversion with a hip to gable extension with a rear dormer to provide an ample size of master bedroom with an en-suite.
