The Malden and Coombe Planning Committee finally approved a planning permission for 12A Queens Road in Liverpool Road Conservation area, Kingston Upon Thames.

The proposal is to demolish the existing two bedroom house and build a new detached three storey four bedroom house. The house will be built with ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) panels to achieve greater sustainability than a traditional masonry cavity construction.
